Working With the Store Info File
The Store Info File contains data concerning staff, shipping, taxes, sales statistics, price and accounting adjustments, store policies and general store information. All the information needed must be entered by the store manager or a design consultant. This information can be entered or changed at any time by entering the Store Info File Editor.
You will soon be presented with the Main Edit Menu.
When you choose a category from the Main Edit Menu, you will be presented with the information being stored under the category chosen. This information is shown in menu form. Each piece of information is a separate menu choice which we will call an "information field." To change a piece of information, choose it from the menu. HOPE will then ask you to enter the new information. If you don't wish to change the information currently entered in the field, but have already chosen it, simply press ENTER. That information will remain as is.
