Below are choices when entering company information into the HOPE system during setup:

This choice allows you to designate key vendors, enter detailed contact information, names and titles for representatives, terms of purchase, and other vital items.
Vendors may be chosen or deleted from the vendor list supplied.
Vendor information may be retained, but blocked off as desired.

This choice allows you to list the inventory you have on hand by selecting from the vendor price lists, or by direct entry.

In order to advise you on a regular basis what the most productive and least productive areas of your store are, the system needs to know how your store is arranged physically and what merchandise is where.
This data may be entered on an item-by-item basis after areas are defined. Alternatively, you may designate a location category for a type or group of items.
