SALES STATISTICS

The Sales Statistics Information Fields contain the next invoice number, current backlog, and month-to-date total orders and total sales. This information is updated by the computer as transactions are processed. In general, you will not have to edit these information fields unless instructed to do so by the HOPE System Staff. To edit or view the sales statistics:

Choose "Sales Statistics" from the Main Edit Menu

Setting the Next Invoice Number

The next invoice number is generally set only once, when the system is set up. You should enter the invoice number you wish to start with. To do this.

Choose "Next invoice #"

Enter the invoice number you wish to start with (it must be between 10001 and 99999)
