| Initiation | This choice provides another menu to set up basic information for the system. | Customization | This choice offers customization for your special use of the system. |
| Day/Month Results/Closing | This choice closes all files and updates information to be ready for the next day. It then shows a sub-menu for optional day ending tasks. | Data Entry/Review | This choice provides a sub-menu which allows entry of new information on vendors, items, and vendor information. |
| Record Items Received | This choice is used to record and store data on all items received. |
| Recover From Problems | This choice provides you with help options should the system fail. |
| Store Policy Edit | This choice provides a sub-menu to review and edit store policies. A password may be required for changes. |
| Manual-Text Lookup | This choice provides a sub-menu which provides on-screen access to all manual pages. |
| Print Purchase Orders | This choice prints any purchase orders which have been created but not printed. |
