Order Reprints

Most documents, including all open and completed orders, may be reprinted at any time.

To print a second copy of the last quote, order or invoice printed:

Choose Print Again from the HOPE Sales Menu. A second copy of the last document printed will be reprinted, allowing you to give a copy to the customer while retaining one as needed.

To print a copy of any open or completed order, invoice or quote:

Choose Edit/Recall from the HOPE Sales Menu.

A Sub-Menu entitled Order Inquiries will appear.

Choose 9) Edit/Review Order or Quote.

In response to the prompt, enter the order number or other appropriate identifier. If you have entered a correct number, the order will "pop up" on the screen.

You may scroll through the order using the arrow keys or mouse. To find any specific text, press F3 and a dialog box will pop up, allowing you to enter text to search for.

When you have the order you want, press F7 to reprint.

If the HOPE system can not find the order or invoice number you have provided, you will receive the following message:

"Order " (followed by the number you entered) does not have a reprintable copy at this time. Please use menu choices 1-4 to check the order status."

In this case, try to trace the order using a name, date or other lookup, determine the correct order number, and start the process again.
