Data Files for order transactions which may be viewed are as follows:
HENALL.DBF A record of the order in DBF file format. See file definition for fields in the record.
Use the choice "Review Order Histories" on the "StockEdit" menu to view.
UVTRANS.DBF A record of each line item on the order. See file definition for fields in the record.
This data base is continually updated to show the current status of the item (ordered from the vendor, received, delivered, etc.). Use the choice "Review Order Item Status" on the "StockEdit" menu to view.
CUSTMREC.DBF The company's customer file. Use the choice "Review Customer List" on the "StockEdit" menu to view.
DAYACSUM.DBF The record of the order used for the closing report. After closing, this record is combined into PERA.DBF and DAYACSUM is "blanked out", ready for the next day's transactions.
INVMASNO.DBF The record of the "in stock position" for each for each inventory item.
INVMASWO.DBF The record of the "in stock position" for an inventory item with options.
HENALL.DBT The images of individual orders - Images are not maintained of sales from stock.
